Guesthouse

The second separate residence on the property, the guesthouse, was built to the East of the main house and it also provides two stories, a full equipped kitchen, a cosy living room, an amazing sleeping room with big windows in the green treetops, a balcony facing towards the garden and a bath with a stone bathtub and shower. There is a brand new gas water heater installed, German brand.

All kitchen appliances in the guest house are from Whirlpool and part of the sale. The stone bathtub is just an ornament.

The third building is the caretakers house with the guardians room and wash room and a laundry room with an extra large Whirlpool washer and dryer.
